Members of the 12th Swindon (Old Town) Scouts braved the wintery temperatures to give the front of Swindon railway station a spruce-up.
For an hour, with temperatures hovering around freezing point, they cheerfully worked around the forecourt and car parks picking up litter and fallen leaves.

At the end of the evening they had filled half a dozen bin bags with things that had been discarded around the place. It included 167 cigarette ends – we know, Rufus counted them!
